1. Service Booking

All cleaning services are delivered by independent local providers in our network. By booking through us, you agree to the provider's individual service terms in addition to ours.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled service: full refund of any prepaid amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service: 50% cancellation fee may apply.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• The service was not delivered due to provider unavailability.
• The service quality did not meet the agreed scope (please report within 48 hours).
• You were charged in error.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email help@randallservicesusa.online with your booking reference, date of service, and reason. Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed services where no quality issue is reported within 48 hours.
• Tips or gratuities paid directly to providers.
